Shipping Policy

• All orders ship out same day or next business day. 
• All online orders are shipped via UPS ground. We do not offer any other shipping services. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as an address.
• We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
• Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
• If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order. 
• Shipped orders over $300 will ship with "signature required" and will require a signature upon delivery. 
• We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock and may ship without notification.

• Shipping costs are all based on the weight and size of the package along with the distance from Atlanta, GA to your preferred shipping destination.
• These are also the estimated times for shipping delivery dates. 

International Shipping

• We are not liable for taxes and duties. Depending on your country, you will be liable for taxes and duties.
